Bibi Kaulan Ji Hospital
A healthcare platform for appointments, doctors, departments and OPD information.
01 / Context
Essential hospital information should not require a phone call.
The platform scope covers appointments, doctors, departments and OPD information, with an administration system intended to keep public details current.
02 / Problem
Patients need direct answers; staff need maintainable content.
Public information must be easy to find on mobile while operational updates need a controlled workflow. The design cannot trade legibility for a fashionable healthcare aesthetic.
03 / Strategy
Prioritise common patient questions and calm navigation.
The proposed structure leads with departments, doctor availability, OPD information and appointment paths. Administrative controls are separated from the public experience.
04 / Development
Accessibility and content integrity are architectural concerns.
The implementation direction uses semantic content, typed records, server-side validation and role-aware administration. No real patient data is used in the portfolio presentation.
05 / Outcome
Current status: in development.
The project is not presented as a deployed clinical system, and no patient or operational metrics are claimed.
06 / Reflection
What the next version needs.
The next step is to replace the current typographic cover with approved project imagery, complete the production content and validate the experience with real users.
